You can access your personal profile by going to the UserCP located in the menu bar at the top of the page.

Signature:

Click UserCP

Go to edit Signature (from here you can upload or paste a link to your sig)

Avatare:

Click User CP

Go to edit Avatar, select use custom avatar (from here you can upload or paste a link to your avatar)
