Finally, The new manager said, we will do this show on Saturday July 30th from 9-2 with a burn-out contest:drivin: after the show for those who want to. I know this is a late post but I was very unsure if the new crew at Spady`s were really gonna do it. I went to the manager this morning July 18th and asked if this is a go or not. I was told the flyers will be mailed out later this week, so I hope that we can at least get some of you guy`s out this year. I`m really sorry for the late post and my only hope is for a large turn-out to show the new guy we want this to continue. It is still free and I know Scott has really been working hard with his Chrysler rep. to help put on this show. There will be awards, how many I really don`t know.

I've got another damn wedding, will be the 8th one ive been to this year. I am planning on making the Malcolm show as of now though. hopefully.

Here is an update on the show this Sat.
There will be 8 awards this year, no trophies. Sounds like 4 $50 gas cards and 4 $50 parts dept cards. 3 different Mopar t-shirts given out as spadys pic, miss america`s pic, and chryslers pic. I was informed yesterday {wed.} that there will be a drawing for participants only of a $200.00 parts dept card as the grand prize! So if we have a low turn out this year, the odds of winning will increase:cool1: I was given flyers tues. and I mailed them out wed.morning. sorry about all the late notice and late mailings of this show this year, i hope we can get at least 20-30 cars

I hope that there is a good turnout. They always treat us well and I know that Chip puts a bunch into this show. I'd hate to see them decide to not continue it or something.
