Club Cab Powerwagon score

Hey guys, I finally found my upgrade. This is a 74 Powerwagon I picked up Friday night in Lincoln from Craigslist ad. It has 360 motor, new dual exhaust nice wheels and tires and no rust going through, surface rust near the bottom as usual but I have never seen one this well kept, even the floors are good. Got an extra tranny and transer case with it. Going to need a power steering pump, bleed the brakes and someone took out the gas tank and put a plastic one in back, there is just a radiator hose going to the hole in the bumper......to be continued.

You are right, that thing is clean. Luv the old school mag wheels plus a short box. Couple missing trim and a new paint job and it will look like a new one.

The owner said it was in Ashland at the fire dept and I believe Mead and he bought it from an auction at the Forestry dept, not sure where that would have been. I hope it will clean up nice and be a good replacement for my old reliable rig with the 318. I really wanted a 360 and the club cab is just a bonus especially in the shape this one is in.

Me too, somewhere along the way I got hooked I would say but this thing is a rare find in my book! Love this thing! Should only get better! :eek2smiley:

Drove her up to see Dave in Eagle the other day where Dave has started his powerwagon collection. Actually barks em shifting from first to second, automatic too. Has four barrel intake and edie carb, runs like a champ. Better mileage than my ole 318, need to put lock outs on it just to learn how. Anyone have experience..?
