Scaled the 70 challenger tonight. I was a little surprised at the results. What would you guess a 70 challenger r/t se with a 383 ac and power windows would weigh?

It was right at 3690. 3900 with me in it. I was a little surprised. I thought for sure it would tip the scales at least 4000 to 4100. Heck I thought e body doors were 1000lbs a piece  Later and take care

They're pretty dang heavy. I've never scaled mine yet. I need to do that.

3700 is pretty good. Is it all stock or is there any light weight parts on it?

It's pretty much all stock right now. Just aluminum rims. But the wheel tire combo was actually heavier than the steel ones I took off. I thought for sure with the ac compressor, power window motors and a bb that it would be at least 200lbs heavier. When I get the new motor in I should be able to shave 60 to 70lbs too. Maybe there is a 14 sec et in it's future:lol:

My Charger weighed 2420 with 1/8 tank of gas. Throw me in it and it'd be just under 2600.
Wanna race?

Hey Josh, yeah I would of thought a 68 charger would be at least 3900. Did you ever make it to the track? Later
