I didn't see this listed so I figured I'd throw it out there. June 10th (Yeah, it's a tuesday), at the State Fair Grounds. One day only. Sure hope that some of the construction mess is cleaned up by then.

they should be staying overnight pop's signed up for the mini tour or half tour what ever you wanna call it......... im def gonna go to either the show or park down by the fairgrounds and watch them come in

well the pass i get is his second one i also thought going and sitting in the grass on the entrance and taking pics of all the cars rolling into state fair park

I just looked at the power tour route, and it comes right threw Beatrice on highway 77. Think I will just hang out in town and watch the cars go by and then head up to Lincoln.There is a cruz sponsored by Edelbrock in Lincoln that night.

Chad, Pat, (The Shop inc.) some other friends and myself, are driving to meet the tour in Topeka Kansas (we will be staying over night at a motel) and back to Lincoln. . If anyone wants to join our group, please do so, it's sure to be a great time. Let us/me know. :cool:

we dropped in the new engine on dads mustang yesterday he's gonna be all ready for the tour on the trip to lincoln the first cars will leave at 7 am the last will leave at 9 am last year their were 900 cars in the tour. Im thinking about driving towards beatrice and parking some where on 77 and joining in at a point. Who wants to meet up?

If any of you are interested, I have permisssion from the pres. at work to hang out at the Store Kraft lot, right next to highway 77. There will be plenty of room to park your car right next to where you can sit and see the cars. Just let me know, maybe meet at my place first. Also is walking distance to Mcy ds, taco Johns, subway, runza.

Its on the north side of town. Inbetween the mall and all the eatting places. The street is Irving street and 6th street(highway77), Kentucky fried chicken is right across the street.

Ya, that's incredable. I forget what the numbers were on the dyno but, for a STOCK,.... four banger, the HP was unreal ! (like,....380 at the wheels) :eek:

It's similar, that is true. As for the Kaboom, which time? ;) I've learned alot from him; but I don't have the brass to push things that hard even if I feel confident the parts will take it.

I'm planning on going down to Beatrice on tuesday with a buddy or two. What time are they susposed to come through? I figured on leaving Lincoln between 10 - 11. Hey Stein I sent ya a pm.

I talked to my dad he made down to the first stop for the power tour he was entry 2907............... im not sure if i can make it to beatrice tuesday morning since i have to go get my prize from the blaze for the show we'll see the weather will be the final choice

I will be going down to Store Kraft about 9:00 or 9:30. If any of you want to join in there just come when you can. Store Kraft is just caddie cornered across from Kentuky Fried Chicken.

I want to just dont know whats going on at the fair grounds? Does it cost to get in to look? Can you park anywhere close to the fair grounds?Are any of the cars going to be cruising in Lincoln that night? If anybody has the answers, whats up.

I heard on the radio that parking and entry at the fairgrounds are free, but I'm not 100% on that. There is also susposed to be a sanctioned cruise as well but I don't know when or where. You can be sure O street will be hopping though as the night goes on.

I'm sure they'll be cruising "O" street that evening. I'll probably make a couple rounds then just park somewhere along "O" and just watch. I don't think I'll even go out to state fair park because I'm not going to pay the 60 bucks or whatever it is to get my car in and I'm not going to leave the Cuda sitting out in the general parking area.

I was told you just have to pay $25 to enter that days leg (park with the Power Tour cars). :bolt:
According to the website, the registration is somewhere around noon or 1pm. I'm parking inside. For the registration fee gets you and your car in. And you get to have a one day "shwag" tag!
